Our commitment to our members include providing training and support, ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to thrive and climb the ladder of success.

Team Member

  • Willingness to learn, is self-motivated, hardworking, responsible, and team oriented
  • Able to efficiently assist your crew in performing daily tasks without direct supervision
  • Able to lift at least 50lbs easily
  • Experience, valid drivers license and bi-lingual a plus

Junior Team Leader

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the green industry
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment
  • Ability to assist team leader in managing tasks and team members when needed

Team Leader / Technician

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with thorough knowledge of construction, plant material and horticulture
  • Valid drivers license, CDL a plus
  • Ability to efficiently manage and communicate with crew team, coordinate tasks, schedule and job needs
  • Must have working knowledge of technology for communication and job reporting purposes

Production Manager / Field Support

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with expert knowledge of construction, plant material and horticulture
  • Valid driver license, CDL a plus
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with customers and all departments of RS on job needs & requirements

Sales / Account Manager

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with expert knowledge of construction, plant material and horticulture
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with customers, team leads, crew members and all departments of RS on all business needs
  • Ability to gain loyal customers
