With over 35 years of experience in landscape construction and property maintenance, Peter proudly leads Rock Shelter. What began as a summer job as a teen grew into a lifelong career. He is passionate about creating outdoor spaces that enhance aesthetic appeal and contribute to functionality. Peter’s vision for Rock Shelter goes beyond building and maintaining great landscapes, it’s about developing a great company that invests in its people, fosters a strong team that takes pride in the work they do, and delivers an exceptional experience aligned with our clients’ visions aligns and goals. When not work, you’ll find Peter enjoying quality time with is sons and dog, Lemon.

Kyle brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in construction, landscape, and pool projects, with a strong background in project management, crew leadership, and quality control. His experience leading teams and coordinating complex projects allows him to approach each job with a focus on organization, efficiency, and quality. He works to ensure every project and crew is properly prepared and set up to operate as efficiently as possible from start to finish. In the winter, you’ll find Kyle managing our snow & ice management services. When not working, Kyle enjoys cooking and grilling for his family.

Marzia oversees the promotion of Rock Shelter while managing daily operations and fostering strong client and employee relationships. She combines her expertise in business management, marketing, and the green industry to support internal business logistics and ensure smooth workflows. She plays a key role in administrative efficiency and day-to-day functions, and is dedicated to creating a thriving, supportive work environment. Marzia enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Christy joined the RS team in 2017 as our Business Manager, following two decades as a Private Club Controller in Westchester County, NY.  Her vast knowledge of business management with strong skills in customer service and team support has made her addition to RS, a great one.  Christy enjoys time with her children and husband in Connecticut as well as volunteering with many school related activities and serving on those committees.
